1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales of gemstones, crystals, spiritual products, and healing-related items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been placed and delivered.
This policy applies because:
- Products are spiritually selected or energized.
- Items are natural and unique in nature.
- Hygiene and energy integrity must be maintained.
2. No Returns on Spiritual Services
Tarot readings, numerology consultations, healing sessions, or any spiritual guidance services are non-returnable and non-refundable once booked or completed.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product Exception
A replacement may be considered only if:
- The product received is physically damaged during shipping, OR
- The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photos or videos as proof
- The product must remain unused and in original packaging
Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
4. Natural Variation Disclaimer
Gemstones, crystals, and spiritual items are natural products. Variations in:
- Color
- Texture
- Shape
- Size
are normal and not considered defects.
5. Order Review Responsibility
